Job Title: Treasury Associate

As a Treasury Associate you will be exposed to many facets of finance including: financial planning and analysis, reporting, tax laws, SOX compliance, budgeting and more. Primary responsibilities: * Develop and prepare or oversee preparation of reports, including: o Cash management reports o Investment reports o Institutional shareholder reporting o Foreign exchange hedging activity reports o Debt forecast reports and quarterly compliance o Cash pooling monthly reconciliation and quarterly interest reports o Swap interest calculation reports o Audit confirmations o Quarterly guarantee reports o Compiling of submitted data resulting from RFP/Qs o Monthly treasury status reports * Assist corporate and subsidiaries in the issuance of letters of credit * Coordinate departmental annual audit and SOX compliance * Prepare departmental budget and attendant reporting * Analyze financial instruments, risks, and projects * Assist in the development and preparation of materials for external reporting, such as: o Establishing and maintaining financial data section on Intranet o Preparing materials for rating agency presentations o Quarterly reporting * Leading and contributing to developmental and special projects o Assist in major bank evaluation project; review and consider criteria for leasing capital projects o Analyses of bank fee structure o Compilation of global risk exposures o Compilation of global banking product utilization and needs o Development of bank relationship risk-return model o Development of IR management report template Minimum Requirements: * Strong interest in finance/planning with 2-5 years' experience in finance and planning or related work. * MBA in Finance or equivalent experience. * Strong analytical and computer financial modeling skills (Microsoft Office). * Working knowledge of accounting. * Strong leadership skills. * Strong communication skills (oral and written). * Strong interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel (10%) Interested in learning more?
