Job Title: Director of International Finance

As the Director of International Finance you will report directly to the Vice President and Treasurer and have the opportunity to work with subsidiaries in 35 countries.


Primary responsibilities:

*

Develop and maintain worldwide bank relations for the parent company and in coordination with foreign subsidiaries.
*

Monitor and forecast compliance with loan covenants.
*

Negotiate master agreements for letters of credit and promote international coordination of their use.
*

Develop and implement programs on currency and interest rate risk management.
*

Analyze financial instruments, risks, and projects.
*

Work with foreign treasury organizations to improve reporting and financial coordination.
*

Provide input for financial reporting and investor relations.
*

Participate in managing and planning all aspects of the Treasury operation.
*

Recommend funding vehicles for the parent company and subsidiaries.
*

Work with Risk Management on enterprise risk management program.
*

Special Projects, such as:
o

Work with Risk Management on the possible formation of a captive insurance company.
o

Assist in migration of outsourced services as necessary.


Minimum Requirements:

*

Strong interest in finance/planning with 10-15 years' experience in finance and planning-related work.
*

MBA in Finance or equivalent experience.
*

Willingness to travel internationally (20-30% first year, decreasing subsequent years)
*

Strong computer financial modeling skills (Microsoft Office).
*

Working knowledge of accounting.
*

Strong leadership skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
*

Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) with a demonstrated record of effective communication with all levels of organization.
*

Working knowledge of financial documentation requirements and disclosures.
