A leading corporation focused on meeting healthcare needs of low-income individuals is seeking a VP, Compensation & Benefits for their Virginia Beach headquarters to work closely with business unit leaders & peers to define & align total reward strategy with business unit and corporate strategy. Responsibilities include compensation, executive compensation, benefits & HRIS. Candidates must be innovative leaders & team players. Demonstrated problem-solving skills & ability to work effectively with senior executives & Board members. Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to introduce and implement innovative reward strategies & processes essential. Bachelor’s degree required with CCP or equivalent knowledge; MBA preferred. At least 10 years’ experience in HR with a minimum of 8 years’ in compensation & 3 years’ managing benefits & HRIS required. At least 5 years’ managing other HR professionals essential.
