Leading firm is seeking a Chief Infrastructure Architect for their Erie, PA facility. Relo assistance is available. This is a full time opportunity with a salary range of $100,000-130,000 plus bonus and benefits. Details; seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer / Architect in our growing IT Division. Create an IT operating architecture that aligns with strategy and transition to an agile organization. Be the team lead of infrastructure engineers that define blueprints, standards and guidelines for the proper use and deployment of technology and responsible for overseeing infrastructure implementations. Apply expert technical analysis/design and implementation skills to ensure that architecture meets the needs of the company's strategy, including defining the infrastructure technical roadmaps three to five years out is leading edge, heavily virtualized, and continuously looking to leap forward. Looking for a visionary, but to be fully accountable for oversight of infrastructure implementations. Key responsibilities for this leadership position include leading the technical engineering and roadmap planning for IT operations, supervising the building of infrastructure, and leading and coordinating the activities of other infrastructure engineers. You will coordinate your efforts with the Enterprise Architecture function, as well as solution architects. - BS/BA in Computer Science or related. Master's degree preferred. - Eight years experience in IT leadership and architecture (software or infrastructure) required, including previous experience as lead engineer or architect on multiple large-scale product or enterprise designs. - Expertise in one or more technology platforms, database platforms and middleware platforms, with knowledge of others.
