Summary of the CFO position.
A key member of the executive staff, the CFO will assist physicians and their partners in achieving strong financial performance while maintaining or improving patient care. The CFO will oversee all fiscal and fiduciary operations for this company. The ability to interact with individuals at all levels and build a cohesive team is paramount.

The qualified individual will have extensive experience in all aspects of financial matters for a physician based organization:
* Accurate and timely financial statements
* Educate the group’s physicians regarding the practices finances
* Provide analysis including break-even, benchmarking, compensation models, etc
* Budget preparation
* Internal control
* Physician compensation
* Billing and collections
* Managed care contracting, and payer relationships.

Requirements:
* 10 years of relevant experience
* BA/BS, Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
* CPA

Strong comp package including salary of $80-100k
