I got this information from Allison Shultz - Director of Global Staffing at US Information Technologies. Here is her email - aschultz@usinfotech.com

"We currently have three openings in Richmond supporting our government client. These are full-time permanent position with our company. Our focus is Oracle so candidates must have an Oracle background. Lastly, since this is working with the government our client is sponsoring security clearances which means these candidates must be US Citizens with the ability to obtain a clearance."
