Job Requirement



• Part of the CRM & Development & Marketing technology team supporting new releases of our enterprise Marketing Analytics Platform and implementation of a new email marketing platform.

• Interface with all levels of management to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.

• Experience with writing Use Cases

• Process Modeling Experience

• Participates in the requirements development for applying business needs to technical applications.

• Knowledge of the system requirements definition (RD) processes and modeling methods and tools

• Knowledge of conceptual and logical modeling

• Define and document internal and external user interfaces and support system and data requirement clarification & definition.

• Ability to tailor information to multiple user audiences, including customers and senior management

• Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends, directions and market experience; ability to relate them to own organization

• Knowledge of tools, techniques and good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and associated processing, company technology practices, standards and procedures

• Highly developed oral and written communications skills

• BS Technical undergraduate degree in MIS, computer science, or related discipline. MIS degree is preferred.

• Experience with creating and executing test cases to validate requirements

Experience with database marketing support and/or email marketing systems is must.
