This position will begin on the MUNIS program and then move onto the overall ERP program. The right candidate may also be promoted to manage additional contract Trainers and Operational Support roles as the ERP program progresses. The candidate must have very clean and clear English skills, both verbal and written. Required: 7 years or more of new application training material development and delivery Demonstrated experience and skill set to learn new applications quickly, develop and deliver training to end users Excellent verbal skills for training and operational support (post implementation end user support) 5+ years of providing on-going post-implementation end user application support Preferred: Tyler Technologies MUNIS experience Tax and or Financial training and support experience Crystal Reports Training certification. Business analyst experience Description: The Trainer & Operational Support position will design, develop and deliver end user training for the MUNIS Virginia Tax Billing (Real Estate and Personal Property), Business License, Parking Tickets, General Billing, Animal License, Tyler Cashiering and MUNIS On-Line modules. The candidates must have the ability to quickly learn the applications based on existing documentation and end-user facilitated discussions that occur during the use-case development phases. Candidates shall demonstrate actual end-user documentation they created during the panel interview. The candidate will be expected to execute all industry standard practices as it relates to training, organizational change management and post production operational support.
