Retailer Management Analyst (Richmond VA)

Detail-oriented, organized analyst required with demonstrated experience with grocer electronic cash register systems, point-of-sale devices, and back-end processing systems strongly preferred. Knowledge of grocer system architecture and transaction processing procedures including third party payment processing. Ability to determine system integration requirements for interoperability with the e-WIC system. Ability to determine equipment replacement or upgrade requirements for e-WIC redemption and payment processing. Ability to write system integration plans, processing testing plans, and system certification procedures. Ability to coordinate retailer integration and installation activities. Ability to communicate with many project stakeholders and address issues and barriers to retailer system integration. Ability to monitor and report retailer system integration, testing, and certification status. Ability to manage numerous concurrent and interrelated project tasks. Experience with debit, credit, or electronic benefits transfer retailer transaction processing preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters in related field preferred. Demonstrated competency using Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid driver's license required. Significant amount travel required.

Independently works under the general supervision of the Project Coordinator with a considerable degree of responsibility. Considerable judgment and expertise is required to analyze retailer electronic cash register, point-of-sale, and payment processing systems and determine system modification requirements for integration and interoperability with the e-WIC system. Expertise is required to develop and validate retailer system testing and certification plans. Expertise is required to evaluate system processing test results and progress toward integration and interoperability requirements. Coordinates daily project activities related to retailer system analysis and integration requirements recommendation; monitoring of retailer system integration and testing progress; and retailer system validation and certification. Acts as a point of contact for retailer inquiries relative to e-WIC.

Bachelors Degree, preferably in IT or Business
Masters Degree
