Provide program analyst support to the Contract Tower and Weather program. Develop performance indicators associated with results-management and performance-based budgeting. Develop quantifiable measurements for overall performance in meeting strategic goals and objectives. Identify and track metrics for critical operational performance. Prepare and issue performance status reports. Coordinate ATO-T Safety and ATO-S audit findings tracking mitigation plans. Prepare briefings, maintain documentation, coordinate Program Reviews, update organizational charts, and track ACT training.

Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field of study and five (5) or more years of relevant experience OR seven (7) or more years of relevant experience. FAA experience is desired but not required.
