We have an opening for a Pharmacy Informaticist - this is a full time employee position.

The basic requirements for the position are ...

* Certification as a Pharmacist and experience working in hospital and retail settings
* Experience with set-up and support of Cerner Millennium Pharmacy systems (inpatient required, retail desirable)

Profile ...

* Cerner inpatient pharmacy system in place and well established
* Implementing expanded Meds Reconciliation Software in January
* Development of Cerner Retail Pharmacy application is an active project
* Implementation of ePresribing solution is an active project
* Expansion of use of Cerner to a much more in depth use in clinics is our active, major project.

* Position resides in the Pharmacy Department ...
* Position will supplement work of existing Pharmacy Informaticist and others in the department
* Close working relationship exists with IT's Clinical Applications Team
