This position is responsible for operational support of and project initiatives involving VITA/NG Directory Services environment. This position provides maintenance, support, and enhancements in all aspects of Directory Services. The engineer will have extensive working knowledge of enterprise administration with capacity planning, site topology, multiple domains/forests. The engineer will cross train and mentor teammates as well as prepare procedural documentation. In addition the engineer will lead enterprise wide technical initiatives which will span outside the immediate organization. Candidates should be team players with excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to manage a multitude of assignments independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum of 4 years of experience in AD systems analysis, design and development. Access/Account Mgmt, System Admin, Security *Extensive professional role with experience working on projects that span a broad range of systems and enterprise-wide complex components. *Experience with account provisioning processes and systems administration. *Practical knowledge and experience with enterprise-wide access management strategy and services and single-sign-on architectures. *Knowledge of Active Directory, MIIS, ILM, LDAP, JavaScript, VBScript, Perl and/or SSIS and knowledge of web services and service oriented architecture design principles a plus. *Experience developing and defining identity management governance structures and plans. Business Process and Business Analysis *Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system / application / workflow requirements. *Experience facilitating business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges. Education and/or Experience: Required: BA/BS in computer science/related field or equivalent experience MCSE strongly preferred Directory Services/Identity Management Experience Proven troubleshooting abilities Specific Messaging/Directory Services experience including: Expert Experience with Active Directory and DNS Strong Experience in MIIS/ILM technology Role based Access Control Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas: *Single Sign On *Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience Resource Provisioning *Role Base Access Control Strong understanding of technical networking Strong documentation skills Scripting ability preferred – Perl, vbscript, powershell etc. Send resume to Collins Denny, collinsd@lesr-it.com |
