Following a key subcontract win, Impact Makers is looking to add the following person to our team. This is a FT permanent position.

Title: Implementation Lead.

Job Description:
Implementation lead will be responsible for the communication, readiness and change management activities associated with the implementation of an enterprise application. The lead will be responsible for the day to day activities associated with implementation planning and execution to prepare the end user population for a successful go-live. They will assist in the full life cycle of implementation activities including:

· Communication support

· Business process support

· Implementation readiness support

Job Requirements:
Resource will be responsible for the communication and implementation planning and execution for the child care system. The responsibilities will include:

· Develop communication materials to raise awareness and understanding of implementation

· Identify and document business process changes and impacts of implementation

· Facilitate workshops with pilot counties to validate key business process changes

· Facilitate pre-implementation calls to prepare offices for implementation

· Facilitate go-live calls to support offices during phased implementation

· Develop communications and process documents to manage implementation issues and questions

· Manage questions and issues identified from the field



Experience:
4-5 years of experience with system implementation

Richmond, VA

Travel:
Occassional travel to remote customer sites will be necessary
